Our villa features the following:

• Ceiling fans in all rooms

• This is a self catering home,  You will be provided a starter soap per bathroom, starter toilet paper, garbage bags-2, paper towels -1.

• Pillow Top Mattresses For King Bedrooms with High-Quality Encasements On All Mattresses For Allergen Protection

• Linens and towels, pool towels provided at this home.

• All bedrooms have Smart TVs.

• Door alarm on slider door and also has a Removable safety fence segregating the house from the pool

• Iron and Ironing board with Drying racks

• The garage has been converted into a game room with a slate-bed pool table, foosball, dart board & air hockey tables together with a PlayStation 4 with games and is air conditioned.

• High Chair and Pack’-n-Play, bouncer, listening equipment, baby gates, Bed rails, 

• Master bedroom has a large safe to put all your valuables in.

• Digital entry/lock system with unique, private code for each guest stay

• At Windsor Hills, each pool home is equipped with a bench-mate to store trash until it is collected. The bench-mate for your home is located just outside the home's front door . Lift to open the bench-mate. Garbage collection is every day. There is no recycling at Windsor Hills.

Community Entry

Guests & visitors will be required to validate their reservation with security at the front gate.

• Guests will be provided with a reservation through a Proptia voucher by owner, management company, or booking agent to be presented to security.  

• Drivers must present valid driver's license to confirm ID. You must have a valid driver's license to drive onto the property.

These procedures are in place to ensure guests' vacations are protected by ensuring owners and management companies adhere to the Association's legal documents & membership qualification

Vehicles are not permitted to park on the community roads, sidewalks, footpaths or grass areas. No more than 3 vehicles are permitted at the home.

*Please be advised that each home is designed to sleep a certain number of people due to fire code. Every property licensed home has a certificate showing the total occupancy permitted by law. Overcrowding of homes is prohibited & violators will be asked to leave.

At Windsor Hills Resort it is a 24-hour guard gated resort that features a large zero entry community pool with a water park for children, and a large jacuzzi style spa. Kids will enjoy the game room, and private movie theatre (plays current release films) and also your family can enjoy tennis/pickleball courts, a sand volleyball court, putting green and basketball courts. There are several large, gated playgrounds throughout the community for the little ones.
